Ravens Re-Sign Veteran WR Nelson Agholor To 1-Year Deal...
The Baltimore Ravens have re-signed veteran wide receiver Nelson Agholor to a one-year contract, the team announced Thursday. The move comes as the Ravens look to bolster their receiving corps ahead of the 2026 season after losing key players in free agency.
Agholor, 32, caught 35 passes for 381 yards and four touchdowns last season in Baltimore. The former first-round pick provides experience and depth behind projected starters Zay Flowers and Rashod Bateman. Financial terms were not disclosed, but league sources indicate it's a team-friendly deal.
The signing is trending today as Ravens fans debate whether the team has done enough to address its receiving needs. Baltimore lost Devin Duvernay to free agency and saw Odell Beckham Jr. retire this offseason, creating uncertainty at the position.
Agholor originally joined the Ravens in 2025 after stints with the Eagles, Raiders, Patriots and Panthers. His familiarity with offensive coordinator Todd Monken's system made him a logical re-signing. The USC product has 375 career receptions for 4,627 yards and 35 touchdowns across 11 NFL seasons.
Analysts suggest the Ravens may still add another receiver in next week's draft. Baltimore holds the 28th overall pick and could target a young playmaker to develop alongside Flowers. For now, Agholor provides a reliable veteran presence in the locker room and on the field.
The move comes as several NFL teams make final roster adjustments before the draft. Ravens general manager Eric DeCosta called Agholor "an important piece of our offense" in a statement released Thursday morning. Training camp opens in late July at the team's facility in Owings Mills, Maryland.
